Why The Scoop Lab
There's a difference between someone picking up and a professional service
Anyone can scoop a yard once. A professional service shows up on schedule, communicates clearly, and takes the chore off your list permanently.
Consistent scheduling
You get a set service day and stay on the route. No chasing anyone down, no guessing whether it happened.
Text updates from start to finish
Know exactly when to expect us. We send an appointment reminder the day before, an on-the-way text approximately 15–30 minutes before arrival, and another text when we arrive. After service, we send a photo confirming your gate was shut and securely latched.
Gate secured—with photo proof
After every residential visit, we shut and securely latch your gate and send you a photo confirming it was secured.
Equipment sanitation
Our tools are cleaned and sanitized between properties as part of our normal routine.
Waste handling
We scoop it, bag it, and take it with us. Waste removal is included at no additional charge.
