The Scoop Lab is locally owned right here in Pitt County. We built the business around the two things customers told us other services got wrong: showing up consistently, and communicating clearly.
Why we started
Dog waste is the chore nobody schedules and everyone resents. Yards get behind, kids and dogs lose the use of the space, and the job only gets harder the longer it waits. We started The Scoop Lab so families in Greenville, Winterville, and the surrounding Pitt County communities could hand that job to a professional and stop thinking about it.
We serve homeowners, apartment communities, HOAs, Realtors, and commercial properties. Know exactly when to expect us. We send an appointment reminder the day before, an on-the-way text approximately 15–30 minutes before arrival, and another text when we arrive. After service, we send a photo confirming your gate was shut and securely latched.
